Background: It is an incident of the 50th decade in the 1900 century. Once, Hazratul Allama Hussain Ahmed Madani R. (Awlade Rasul, Kutub-E-Alam, Shaikhul Islam) was going to Saidpur from Gualabazar. On the way, he looked at a place (Now, it is the madrasa) and said to his pals that he was getting sapid of Islam from that place. All of his pals were surprised. Then, Hazrat did not stop his journey. He left the place. But, his saying was spread to all. Many years passed, everyone was inspired by that incident. Finally, the dwellers of Umarpur made their dream true. First of all, it was in the corridor of a shop (nearest the mosque) in 1955. It runs there for many days. Then, a tin-shed building was constructed in front of the mosque and started teaching there. Next, Nursery and Primary education were continued. Nowadays, it has Maktab, Hifz, Kitab, Secondary and Higher Secondary departments but also Takmil-Fil-Hadis (Title Class) and running with its own faming.
